Shipping Policy – Keyzaar.pk

At Keyzaar.pk, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery within Pakistan.


1. Shipping Partners

We ship orders through reliable and trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our partners include:

  • Trax Courier

  • PostEx

  • Pakistan Post (only for remote/out-of-range areas)


2. Payment Method

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment option available at Keyzaar.pk.

  • You pay for your order in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • The amount payable is exactly the same as shown at checkout.

  • No advance payment or online payment is required.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):

    • Shipping rates vary by location and courier.

    • For Pakistan Post deliveries, an additional PKR 75 handling fee applies.

      • This fee is already included in the checkout total.

      • Example: If your checkout total is PKR 1,500, you will pay PKR 1,500 on delivery. However, the parcel may show PKR 1,425 as the product price. When you add the PKR 75, it matches your order total.

    • Pakistan Post is only used for customers in very remote areas where other couriers do not operate.

4. Shipping Areas

  • Within Pakistan: We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

  • Remote Areas: If Trax or PostEx does not serve your location, we will ship via Pakistan Post.


5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Standard delivery time: 3 – 7 business days.

    • Remote areas via Pakistan Post: 7 – 12 business days.

  • International Orders:

    • Delivery time: 7 – 21 business days depending on destination and courier service.

    • Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.


6. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to follow your order status.


7. Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • All shipments come with tracking numbers.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

  • If you face issues with tracking, our customer support team is always available to assist you.


8. Special Note on Pakistan Post Orders

  • For Pakistan Post deliveries, the declared parcel amount will appear PKR 75 less due to their handling system.

  • You do not need to pay anything extra. The total you confirmed at checkout already includes this adjustment.


9. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Extreme weather or natural events

  • Public holidays and strikes

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by customers

Keyzaar.pk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.


10. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

  • If you refuse to accept your parcel, or if the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address/contact information, You could be restricted from placing order on store.

  • Repeat refusal of parcels may result in restrictions on placing future Cash on Delivery orders.
