Welcome to Keyzaar.pk. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Business Scope

  • Keyzaar.pk is a project of Adornmoda Private Limited, operating exclusively in Pakistan.

  • We do not ship internationally. Orders are only accepted and delivered within Pakistan.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website: www.keyzaar.pk.

  • Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

  • Customers are required to pay the exact amount stated in their order confirmation at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders through trusted courier partners including Trax, PostEx, and Pakistan Post.

  • Delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • For remote areas, we use Pakistan Post, where an additional PKR 75 handling fee is already included in the order total.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return or refund only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Requests must be made via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures or videos of the issue.

  • Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate personal, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

  • Misuse of COD (fake orders, repeated refusals, false claims) may lead to blacklisting.

6. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product details, prices, and images are accurate.

  • However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to display settings or supplier changes.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Keyzaar.pk is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Damages resulting from customer misuse or negligence.

    • Losses due to inaccurate information provided by customers.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Keyzaar.pk, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Adornmoda Private Limited.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

9. Policy Updates
