1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If approved, we will guide you on the return process or initiate a refund.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after we approve your claim and verify the returned product (if applicable).

Refunds are made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method.

If a return is approved, the customer will be asked to ship the product back to our return address.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged/faulty at delivery.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for the same product or a product of equal value, depending on availability.

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
