At Keyzaar.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, replacement, or refund for your orders.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or faulty product.

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.

  • The product has a major defect that makes it unusable.

❌ Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective/damaged).


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Send us pictures or a short video clearly showing the issue with the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is eligible for a return/refund.

  4. If approved, we will guide you on the return process or initiate a refund.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after we approve your claim and verify the returned product (if applicable).

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method.


4. Return Process

  • If a return is approved, the customer will be asked to ship the product back to our return address.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged/faulty at delivery.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only for the same product or a product of equal value, depending on availability.

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Important Notes

  • Refunds/returns will not be processed without prior approval via WhatsApp.

  • Always keep your order ID and invoice handy when contacting us.
